I heard there where some sort of studios at Wild Jordan but im not sure…
He could also check out the bullitain board near the entrance at books@cafe, people always advertise things like that.
Ask around in the neighbourhood or other expats.
If all else fails try the arabic daily newpaper (i3lanat mubawaba).

I am moving out of my flat on Dec. 5th and my roommate and I are looking for someone new to fill my spot. Flat is on Paris Circle in Jebel Weibdeh, 3 bedrooms, a large living room and balcony and very good water pressure in the shower. The room is furnished with 2 beds, some drawers(one with mirror) and a dresser.
