Erm… I’m not 100% sure, since my memory isn’t that good, but I think he was at the ICT Security session I attended about Biometrics. If he is who I believe he is, he spoke of the implementation of Biometrics in Germany, specifically in German airports, like the retinal scan gates in Frankfut Airport.
