Our friend Max was waiting for us in Berlin Tegel airport as we arrived Wednesday morning, after a sleepless night. After taking the bus to Alexanderplatz, he convinced us to take a “15 minute” walk to the house of our host Alexander Branczyk.

The 15 minutes turned into an hour, as we stopped at every street corner to snap pictures of graffiti, shop windows, posters and buildings.

I’ve been away from berlin for around 3 years. The visual design intesity of this city hits me overtime I arrive.

Here are some shots of our first walk..

Next time I could pick you up – but then we need much more then one hour – because I would show you the REAL nice paintings on the wall(s) ;-)
