I have to dial numbers three times to get a connection.
Ring tone suddenly drops off
Every other call drops off
What is happening?
This started a few days ago.
I am really thinking twice before making a mobile call these days and finding myself reaching for the land line again.
Who else is experiencing this issue? Any clue what’s the story here?

And you can barely hear the person you’re talking to… for some reason it’s particularly terrible across Jabal Amman, try using the phone in the street of Books@ cafe, now that’s a hopeless case!! No clue what’s going on… could be the high turnover rate in engineering departments!
It has been happening to me for the past month! The network sucks! I don’t know what’s wrong!

Nothing is happening with me !
People keep saying that they called me several times during the day, they say that it was giving the normal peep sound, but I can see nothing on my mobile, my cell just don’t ring and I can not find any missed calls on the list, people started to blame me saying that I don’t want to respond and that aint true.
Any one out there facing the same problem?????

I am getting the same behavior with Orange-to-Orange calls as well!
Is it Zain’s problem or iPhones one?! I was blaming the iPhone for the last couple of days and considered myself brain washed its cutting edge technologies. Apparently the iPhone is innocent this time…
Worst service I experienced, you either get cut off or start hearing your own echo every single time you make a phone call!!

this happens when i speak to zain users, orange to orange is good though
So true.. bet they noticed an increase in droped calls ratio.. but the point is: are they gonna do anything about it this year??
I am also facing issues with my BlackBerry which is supposed to receive emails even before having them on the PC.. well guess what; the lag time exceeded one hour last week!
all networks have problems but usually zain is far better than other networks this is my personal experience as I have multiple mobiles
According to technical tests and customer feedback, Zain has by far the best network, as it is the only company continously investing in infrastructure expansion (40 million in expansion works last year alone). However congestion is quite expected and unfortunate during the summer. As for specific areas with coverage issues, I am sure they would be grateful to hear from you on 1234 so that they can fix it immediately
Actually technical tests and customer surveys clearly state that Zain’s network is by far the best mainly because it is continuously investing in upgrading its infrastructure (30 million USD last year alone). Having said that ,congestion is an unfortunate and inevitable outcome especially during summer.
